Project Leads manage the project, staff and build relationships with partners

Matt is a JNC qualified Youth Worker and has managed Youth Services for a number of years. He has worked in Children & Families service for 19 years. Matt has an MA in Health & Community Development and is trained as a PRINCE2 Project Manager. He has a passion for working with young people and supporting them to be the best they can be. He is innovative and creative with a desire to help young people solve their own problems. Matt believes that with good relationship building, time and dedication anything is possible.
