Lexi started working at Warwickshire House Project in September 2023. Before joining the team, Lexi worked as a PA in the Leaving Care Team in Warwickshire for 4 years. Lexi is passionate about supporting young people to problem solve, reach their goals and live independently.
Lexi is Lead for HPP & OLF & Fundraising, with a focus on Systems / Improvements.
